Hello, this board sounds like a great way to keep up on what's current.
I live and work in Mountain View. My boyfriend and I are always looking for new places to dine and fun activities for the weekend.
Thanks creating the board. I hope more people join soon!

Hi,
My boys and I live Sausalito. We love outdoor activities.
A bay area parks section would be helpful to us.

Hello. I saw this board mentioned in Yelp Talk, so I've come over to check it out and see what's what. Lifetime Bay Area resident here.

Hi everyone, I'm Jared. I'm new to this forum. I created this account because I'm looking for some good input. I'm from the philadelphia. I live about 30min outside the city. I just got a job offer in San Francisco that I really would like to take but I'm curious about the cost of living and how livable the Bay Area is on my salary. I would love to move into the city preferably, east bay is an option but I prefer San Francisco. I'm super into art, music, food and the outdoors (mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing). I'm a young 27 year old, no kids or anything so I enjoy going out often. All that being said here in Philly I make roughly $130,000 a year and the job in San Francisco pays $175,000-$200,000. Can I afford to buy a nice place on the city? Nothing huge I just would like to live comfortably and not in the tenderloin. Any input or advise is much appreciated, thanks!
