Hey all, 
I have been trying to lose weight since a long time now, but I am having not much luck. Im thinking that there may be some tea or supplement that I can get my hands on to accelerate the process?

I hope youre doing well. I get where youre coming from in terms of wanting to accelerate things, because I can sense the urgency in your tone. First id just like to say that it will be helpfu for you if you accept and appreciate your efforts first. I mean, you are working hard so you should give yourself some credit for it. Working out and losing weight and is a long long process that does promise results provided that you are consistent with what you do. Don't worry about getting fast results and focus on being consistent and keeping yourself healthy. Additionally, no supplement works like magic. Each "medication" you take will take time to work, and again you will have to be consistent with it's use. Personally, I don't think there are any supplements that accelerate weight loss because the ones that advertise as such are usually scams. You can however take supplements that help you with losing weight in a steady and healthy way. This will be a long term effort with long term effects. It wouldn't make you lose weight on its own, but it will aid your weight journey alongside workouts.
